**The Opportunity: Lead Educator**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead your team in creating and delivering an educational program fostering children’s learning and development.
- Prioritize children’s health and safety.
- Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
- Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

**Qualifications**:

- Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

**Our Centre: Winston Glades Early Education Centre**is located in Flinders View, a suburb in Ipswich near Winston Glades Shopping Complex. The centre has been rated as an **Exceeding** Centre by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority. We are passionate about teaching sustainability, instilling the knowledge and values that help support sustainable environments and offer a great variety of programs such as bush and farm kindy, PMP and music programs.
