**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a number of dedicated and passionate Educator's to join our team in a casual capacity to work in a variety of our centres across the Western Brisbane region. As part of our casual pool you could be required to work in any of our Centres located in the Western Suburbs and Ipswich,. If you are passionate about early childhood education, providing quality outcomes for children and working with a team of professionals that share your enthusiasm and commitment, we want to hear from you
- Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- $30-$40 per hour + super

**Position requirements**:
The successful applicant must be passionate, reliable, flexible, have attention to detail and be able to meet the following criteria;
- Assistants - Certificate III qualified or studying towards
- Lead Educators - Diploma in Children's services or studying towards and hold a Certificate III
- All staff must hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training and a current Blue Card
- Be available within our Centres opening times and for last minute shifts

**Your day-to-day**:

- Each day you will contribute to the care and education of children, through supervision and engagement
- Children’s health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play and get messy while you are at work
- Then we clean up, there are nappies to do, mopping and cleaning as part of our general hygiene practices
- We will cover the costs of your study if you would like to upskill in your career

**We would love you to have**:

- A sense of humour, great work ethics and a reliable nature
- **A Cert III in Early Childhood Education** or **Diploma in Early Childhood Education**:

- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
