We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Resourcer to join our dynamic internal Talent Acquisition team. If you love uncovering top talent, building lasting relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.

Once you’ve qualified prospects and sparked their interest, you’ll seamlessly hand them over to our Talent Acquisition Business Partners to take them through the recruitment journey.

At VetPartners, we’re committed to providing high-quality services that support the success of our 270 veterinary clinics. This role offers a hybrid work model, with four days based in our office to foster collaboration, strengthen relationships, and maintain an engaged, connected team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Develop compelling digital outreach campaigns and marketing content to attract veterinary talent
- Deliver market insights and talent mapping to inform sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the recruitment, operations, and marketing teams.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re confident in reaching out and sparking genuine interest.
- Organised, detail-oriented and highly responsive.
- Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS systems (desirable but not essential).
- A naturally curious, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
