**Complete Care Team - Blacktown Office **is a Private Nursing Agency committed in providing consistent quality nursing and attendant care to clients with acquired brain injuries (ABI), physical disability and high care needs in their own homes.

We achieve quality holistic service for our clients by investing in our staff with orientation and training programs.

We are looking for Disability Support Workers who are passionate about supporting people with ABI, dementia and high support needs to achieve their goals.

**About You**
- **AINs, ACWs, Cert-III, Cert-IV or Allied Health graduates/students**:

- Willing to work at **Lakemba and neighbouring vicinity** to assist clients with disabilities living in their homes
- Open for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday shifts 11am-3pm and Wednesday 8:45am-3pm
- Willing to deliver the company’s client-centred care program which includes, but not limited to the client’s home, appointments, shopping, domestic duties, recreation activities, etc.
- **You must address the following criteria to be considered for an interview**:_

**Essentials**
- Experience in working with clients with ABI and/or high support needs
- Experience in nursing with behaviours of concern
- Good communication skills both written and speaking
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Current Work With Children Check
- NDISWC
- Good availability

**Desirable**
- Relevant experience or studying towards tertiary qualifications
