**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
City Discount tyres Osborne Park is searching for an accomplished leader to bring our store to the next level of performance.
Team management success, inventory control and proven sales results are what we are looking for with rewards to match.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A professional salesperson with A LOVE for customer service
- People management, coaching and development
- Effective inventory control and stock take experience (conducted monthly)
- The desire to achieve over and above pre-set goals and K.P.I’s
- The ability to understand P&L, budgeting and expense management. (or willingness to learn)
- The hunger to grow the sales and reap the rewards
- The ability to market and cold call in your community
- Bring new ideas forward with displays, promotions and events at your store
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with retail invoicing systems

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
