Are you passionate about 4WDs, off-road adventures, and helping customers gear up for the great outdoors? We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused **Assistant Store Manager** to join our team and help drive the success of our store

**The Role**
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Whether you're on the shop floor, helping customers plan their next trip, or supporting staff development, every day brings something new.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical advice
- Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
- Train and mentor staff to develop product knowledge and sales skills
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Help plan and execute promotions and sales strategies

**About You**:

- Previous retail or trade experience (automotive/4WD knowledge a big plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for 4WDs, camping, or the outdoors
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
