About Marmont:
Marmont is a Californian inspired Eating & Drinking House coming to Crown Casino this December. With a focus on Californian-inspired cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a selection of local and international brews, Marmont is set to be the go-to spot for relaxed drinks with friends or a shared dining experience. With direct access to the riverwalk and views of the Yarra River, this is sure to be one of the biggest openings of the summer. We’d love you to join us.

**Job Description**:
As a Bartender at Marmont, you will be at the forefront of our beverage program, creating and serving drinks that enhance the Marmont experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, mixing and serving drinks with precision, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of new cocktails and drinks menu items.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end or high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required.
