**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join the 54 Australian team to work with us to deliver exceptional results for our team and on behalf of our key clients.

The role will centre around the activation of Marketing and Partnerships Strategy across 54’s key clients, including:
LIV Golf Adelaide

Golf NSW

Several national and international sports rights holders and events

Brands that invest within sport

A passion for sport and an interest in developing and executing Marketing and Partnerships strategy is required for this position.

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This is an opportunity to work with our dedicated Australian team and to help grow your skill set.

The role will include:
**Strategy and Planning**
- Market research, insight and strategy for key events we deliver.
- Working with the relevant marketing and partnerships teams and key stakeholders in ensuring consistency in marketing and partnerships strategy, approach and delivery. i.e.
- Brief Marketing and partnerships plans with agency and LIV Golf teams for review and approval
- Work with the above teams to finalise plan and budgets
- Finalise KPIs/targets + sign off budgets
- Develop existing local marketing partnerships: Develop plans for established partner marcomms channels (organic and paid)
- Develop new potential marketing partners: conduct research into, outreach and develop plans with them. Ie. major sports clubs, brands that invest in sport, media partnerships, local businesses, schools, community organisations.
- Creating and updating decks/presentations to share with LIV Golf and associated properties

**Coordination & Delivery**
- Project managing local marketing plans as it relates to LIV Golf’s influencer planning/buying agency
- feeding in local insight/inspiration/guidance
- Work closely with rights holder marketing and sales teams to assist with sponsor/partner integration and cross-marketing with other brands in same space
- Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and work in progress documentation
- Detailed management & delivery of partner inventory across physical and digital branding, golfing inventory
- Arrange and carry out on-site activations for rights holder (including LIV Golf) sponsors as required by agreements
- Working closely with Guest Experience, Marketing and Communications teams to bring partner narrative into event messaging

**Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Campaign co-ordination: Overall campaign management (ie. status meetings, plan collation, reporting and liaison with rights holders for any internal sign offs or processes.
- Marketing and PR co-ordination between rights holders and key partners as needed.
- Define a measurement plan and post-event review deck delivered up to 2 weeks post event including key learnings
- Create and maintain good working relationships with all relevant partners

**SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED**:

- Highly driven approach with immaculate attention to detail
- Oral and digital presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; the ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and departments to achieve objectives
- Competence and empathy in working with diverse stakeholders
- Sport industry interest essential and an understanding of the professional golfing landscape an advantage

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:

- Competitive Salary
- Annual Discretionary Company Bonus - up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual
- 33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro-rated
- Working hours will be from09.00 to 17.30 with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00
