- Ventia has recently been awarded the a maintenance contract to maintain and service 1,835 sites across Tasmania.- Reporting to the Project Manager, the primary purpose of the **Infrastructure Services Manager** is to coordinate and manage all soft services that are delivered to TasWater sites.- This role will be based out of the our offices in **Moonah**, **Tasmania** with the expectation that travel will be required at times.- Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Ensuring that statutory maintenance is provided and measured to all TasWater sites
- Delivery of services in accordance with the agreed scope and quality
- Delivery of annual budget.
- Procuring services upon expiry of existing arrangements or when a new requirement is identified
- Provide leadership, role modelling and direction to the delivery teams
- Management, reporting and monitoring of financial performance
- Continual review of Ventia plant and equipment to ensure suitable utilisation
- Contractor compliance to Ventia procedures and policies
- Management of inhouse resources
- Coordination and management of call out procedures and requirements.
- Identify and champion business and process efficiencies with a view to increasing revenue / margin

**To be successful in this key role**:
You will have a background in a Trade (Mechanical / Fire Safety / Compliance) or similar accompanied with experience working in a similar role.- You will also possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of cost planning. Strong financial acumen
- Excellent oral and written skills, with experience in preparing proposals highly regarded
- High level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, CAD, and SAP Project System
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
- Demonstrated exposure to utility infrastructure across a geographical spread**Diversity**
