**The Opportunity**
Our Loader Operators keep our quarry area clean, orderly and safe. The role will suit a self-driven individual who is looking for a great team culture and autonomous work in a growing business.
- Operating Front End Loader (Komatsu WA500 and WA600)
- General labouring duties
- Carrying out daily pre-start checks and documentation
- Adhering to all quality control procedures
- Maintaining and promoting a clean work environment

**About Us**
BGC’s Quarries, based at The Lakes along The Great Southern Highway (30km east of Midland), produce more than 1,500,000 tonnes of crushed aggregate a year, and supply the raw material for the required concrete, roof tiles, block paving products, road construction projects, civil engineering and large commercial projects.

**What we’ll love about you**
- Previous experience in a hands-on role operating a Front End Loader, Loadrite experience highly desirable but not essential
- Good work ethic, a self-starter with a willingness to learn
- A clear understanding of health and safety requirements and hazard identification
- Mechanical aptitude for machine operations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Current FEL Ticket
- Current driver’s license
