Trade Account Manager

A great opportunity has arisen at Hardings/Hardings for an Account Manager. Reporting to the Major Account Manager, you will represent our business servicing the needs of builders across south east QLD. **What we can offer you** **About the role** We are on the hunt for an Account Manager extraordinaire Are you ready to take your career to the next level? You will have previous sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity. Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI’s whilst adding real value to our customers. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target driven environment. **About you** - Consistently achieve sales, margin and product mix targets - Ability to attract new customers in addition to growing existing business - Analysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunities - Effective management of a diverse Builder centric customer base - Development and implementation of sales plan and initiatives - Responsible for communicating and representing both the Hardings/Hudsons and wider TTHG brands to key industry stakeholders through sales meetings, training and industry events. **What you will bring to the role** - A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making. - A comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the building industry with a focus on FOW Plumbing, Appliances, cladding and hardware products. - Previous experience in a similar sales role. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
