This is an exciting opportunity lead our Service Operations team through a period of growth at the NSW RFS. The Supervisor Service Operations manages a team of technical specialists who are responsible for the operational maintenance of the ICT environment throughout the NSW RFS. As the Supervisor, you will provide leadership and support to our Service Desk team, who are responsible for providing the technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.
- Managing the delivery of high quality customer support.
- Supervising an IT technical support and service management team.
- Key technologies including ServiceNow, ITIL, Windows 10, and MS Office Suite.
