**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage incoming inquiries, orders, and deliveries while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will play a key role in achieving company goals and strategies for growth.
**Duties**:
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly
- Input orders into the system accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries and orders
- Support the external sales team and branch operations
- Liaise with Branch Logistics for stock replenishment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for customer satisfaction
- Monitor order lines and attend to counter sales promptly
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide technical assistance Handle invoices, credits, and incoming mail distribution
- Providing a basic level of Technical Assistance to Customers
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft packages
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems preferred
- Proactive approach in building effective relationships
