**About the opportunity**
The Customer Project Co-ordinator works closely with the operations team, reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Weeks Homes project delivery team. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey building a new home. More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for working with and meeting with your allocated customers through their home building journey
- Be the critical conduit between the client and the business, providing all customers with an unbeatable customer service experience including dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing quick solutions to any problems which may arise
- Successfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Handover, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings
- Ensure all information is collated for other Weeks Homes departments so that they can complete their works accurately
- Help to ensure that the administrative tasks meet each critical deadline to keep the clients’ administrative process on track within the specified timeframe

You will share a passion for our purpose to build beautiful homes for our customers and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
- Previous experience is a customer service and support role
- The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
- Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry (building your own home etc)
- Exposure to building plans and contracts
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
