We are currently recruiting for a account admin officer based in Marrickville.
Our client is Australia's highest standard linen supplier for accommodation facilities, including hotels, caravan parks, Airbnbs, personal care centres and also residencies. Due to significant growth, they are seeking a account admin officer to assist them in supporting key clients. You will be mainly responsible for accounts payable & receivable, daily banking and reconciliation, weekly/mothly reporting and assisting customers with queries or any issues. This is a full time position with flexibilty.

**About your new role**:
- As an accounts administration officer, you will be responsibile for the accounts and admin duties and provide support to key clients assisting any customer enquiries, responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:_
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to key clients and customer.
- Customer file and pricing maintenane.
- Accounts payable & receivable support.
- Daily banking and reconciliation.
- Weekly/Monthly reporting.
**About you**:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work autonomously or part of a team.
- Experience with Xcel, Xero, Sage advantageous.
