About the Role
As Maintenance Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our village safe, functional, and looking its best. Reporting to the Village Manager, this hands-on role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, problem-solving on the go, and building strong relationships with residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment
- Respond promptly to urgent repair needs
- Keep accurate records and manage inventory of tools and supplies
- Engage professionally with residents, families, and staff
- Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety

What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Adaptable with strong time-management skills
- Physically fit (able to lift and move up to 15 kg)
- Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
- A team player aligned with Levande’s values and purpose

Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in property, facility, or village maintenance
- Trade qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
