The IT Support Analyst is a member of the PlanSA Technical Support Delivery team and is accountable to the Operations Lead, PlanSA.

**The Role**:
The IT Support Analyst is a member of the PlanSA Application Delivery and support team and is accountable to the Operations Lead, PlanSA.

With a number of planning and development systems brought together in a single ePlanning platform for all of South Australia, this role will provide ongoing support to PlanSA IT solutions, including analysing and implementing enhancements to the IT solutions. The PlanSA system comprises of multiple sub-systems including:

- Development Application Processing (DAP) System
- PlanSA Portal
- Planning Information Exchange
- Online Planning & Design Code
- Online Consultation
- Document Management System
- Operational Data Store

**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

- Experience in supporting multi browser Applications and Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
- Well-developed knowledge of cloud computing including Amazon Web Services and Azure Cloud Services.
- Well-developed knowledge in scripting languages (Shell Scripting).
- Knowledge of web content management solutions.
- Knowledge of System Development and support Methodologies (SDCL, Agile Development and ITIL).

**Qualification**:

- Completion of training in APPIAN and experience in workflow solutions including APPIAN Business Process Management (Desirable)

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,412 max
