We are growing and have a number of full-time production roles available that will rotate between both morning and afternoon shifts. In these roles, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operational production processes within a factory environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of growth brands.

**About You**
- **Must** be available to work rotating shifts between morning and afternoon
- **Must** have desire and adaptability to work accross all production rooms
- Demonstrate proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in TPM systems
- Ability to complete root cause analysis activities

**About the Role**

This role will report to the Production Supervisor.

Working In the position of Manufacturing Operative, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and utilise reporting systems to continuously improve site safety
- Complying with HACCP & GMP processes
- Operating Food Manufacturing machine processing and packaging equipment, with high-volume output
- Completing Quality Control checks, inspections & audits on software systems
- Completing line level operational tasks
- Working within a highly diverse cross functional team
- Engaging in improvement activities (TPM)
