**Team Overview**
InMobi’s Commercial team works to drive growth & manage revenue operations for InMobi Marketing Cloud, which includes InMobi Pulse (Research), InMobi Audiences (Data), InMobi Exchange (Media) & InMobi DSP(ROI). We are focused on winning new business, growing InMobi’s market share, and developing our reputation of being an industry leader in mobile, video & native to drive definable outcomes for both brand and performance campaigns.
As a key member of the InMobi ANZ team, you will be responsible for the growth and structure of the InMobi Exchange business in Australia and New Zealand as well as building revenue and relationships for the Programmatic channel with our targeted Agency, Advertiser and ATD (trading desk) partners. While managing a book of business for an entire region, you will work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Business Development, Technical Operations, Business Analysts, & Creative Services) with the focus of finding the best possible solutions to our client’s business challenges.
We are looking for programmatic business consultant who can understand complex problems and importantly have experience in identifying different ways to go about solving for them. You should ideally have worked in cross functional roles and have the ability to develop close strategic relationships with clients, by clearly articulating data and insights. You would operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to effectively manage/ be accountable for your sales pipeline. The role would be expected to participate in exec level revenue reporting as well as quarterly/ annual planning exercises for the portfolio of accounts assigned.
The role will be based in Sydney reporting to the VP & GM, Australia and New Zealand and VP, Agency Partnerships - APAC
**Key Responsibilities**
- Orchestrate the cross-functional support for ANZ (sales, supply, product, engineering and marketing) required to drive delivery on InMobi Exchange programmatic platform for respective DSP, SSP, ATD, Verification Partners accounts.
- Responsible for the growth of the InMobi Exchange part of the business in Australia and New Zealand, working to develop strategic long-term partnerships with programmatic clients, directing them towards more efficient solutions for their programmatic strategies.
- Responsible of the go-to-market strategy for InMobi Exchange, by developing objectives, strategies, plands and work flows aimed to achieve a greater growth in the Region.
- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
- Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand.
- Manage a team of Platform/Programmatic specialists and support them to deliver outcomes for our clients.
- Building trusted relationships with senior clients to understand their needs and tailoring our services to meet their current challenges.
- Track and resolve key client issues (technical, integration, creative, supply or delivery related) in a proactive manner and manage expectations internally and externally for campaign delivery, tracking and reporting.
- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
- Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client.
- Working on account growth strategy for programmatic clients, i.e. retaining client’s quarter on quarter, and strategizing to grow revenue through upselling new offerings products.
- Provide feedback to the product team in designing better products by communicating market requirements and advertiser pain points.
