**What You Will Do**
- Welcome guests warmly and ascertain their party size.
- Efficiently seat guests at clean and ready tables, providing menus.
- Navigate guests through dining areas, offering assistance when necessary.
- Adjust table arrangements to accommodate special needs.
- Ensure place settings are complete, including clean silverware and napkins.
- Maintain up-to-date, clean, and well-conditioned menus.
- Keep the work area clean throughout the shift.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Address and respond to team members' concerns appropriately.
- Uphold the establishment's quality standards.
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer questions on menu selections.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability.
- Relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
- Complete opening & closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
- Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
