**About Wandilla Magic**

We have been owned and operated by the same family for nearly thirty years and continue to go from strength to strength thanks to our incredible leadership team and high-quality educators. Wandilla Magic is a warm, caring and supportive centre. We are located conveniently just off the highway in Loganholme and are a part of a close-knit community that works together for the benefit of all.

We have seven beautiful learning environments and are spoilt with huge, individual outdoor play spaces that have been purpose built for our beautiful children.

Our room numbers are limited to smaller groups, with a real focus on authentic and meaningful connections. Our babies room has a maximum of 8 children per day, our toddlers have 10 children per day, and our 3-5years have 22 children per day.

Our team is filled with long term, happy staff; our current longest serving staff member has been with us for 23 years, and the rest have been with us for at least one year or more.

We believe that the most important part of our day is ensuring that all children, staff and families feel supported and welcome in our beautiful centre. The children's happiness and wellbeing is at the forefront of all our decisions and guides us in all our daily practices.

**The Role**
- A permanent part time position of 38hours per week.
- You will need to be familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework learning guidelines and have experience implementing a program.
- You will be required to implement an educational program and create engaging learning environments.
- You will be proactive in leading children in their learning journey by actively engaging with them throughout the day.
- You will help to maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- 50% or more of the way through an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Confident and happy, we are looking for a person that finds the positive in life and their surroundings.
- Experience in the early years and similar care environments.
- A can-do attitude and approach to day-to-day tasks.
- A person that takes pride in their accomplishments.
- Someone who isn't afraid to shine bright and enjoys helping the people around them to shine too.
- Hold a current Paid Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, Child Protection and Food Handling.
- Hold or be willing to obtain manual handling and fire safety certificates.
- An insatiable appetite for learning and growing.
- A strong working knowledge of programming and a passion for supporting staff to achieve their goals.
