**Why Immutable**

NFTs (unique digital assets stored on a blockchain) are exploding into a global asset class at a rapid speed. The biggest companies in the world in gaming, finance, digital art, and collectables are either actively building or strategising their entry into the market.

However, blockchain assets right now are highly illiquid: transactions take minutes or hours to confirm, Ethereum can process fewer than 5 asset trades per second for the whole world combined, and the UX is very challenging for mainstream users.

We have built Immutable X, which is the leading open-ecosystem scaling solution to trade and create NFTs on Ethereum. We’re a protocol: that means we enable other businesses to create and trade NFTs with no gas fees, completely carbon neutral, and in a truly decentralised manner.

**About the role**

Tokens and cryptocurrency operations are a core part of running Immutable’s business. As such, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a Token Operations Lead to join the Immutable Group

With more tokens comes more complexity. Hence, this role will look to continuously improve our token and crypto operations to make them faster, cheaper, and lower risk overall by turning the Tokens team into a well-oiled machine.

You'll also have the opportunity to level up the current procedures and structures in place through continuous improvement initiatives. If you personally thrive in an ambiguous environment with no set 'playbook', and you enjoy having high levels of autonomy and ownership, then this role is definitely for you

**What you'll be responsible for**
- **Technology Implementation **Identify, implement and manage software that enables revenue-generating teams to achieve their goals
- **Data Analysis and Reporting **Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- **Operations Management and Enablement **Assess and recommend improvements to the tools and processes to enable teams to achieve their goals

**Meet the team**
Immutable has billions of dollars of token value to deploy as incentives to reward users and grow our products, and our mission is to create incentives that are mutually beneficial to participants in the program as well as benefiting IMX token holders and Immutable X.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
