**About the role**:
As a **Boutique Operations Coordinator** for our **Paddington Boutique**, this position will support the Boutique and Online client to create an exceptional experience by maintaining accurate inventory and monitoring store supplies.

**This role will**:

- Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
- Ensure all online orders that are allocated to the boutique are fulfilled accurately and efficiently in line with ST standards
- Manage preparation of stock in the lead up to a new collection or when replenishment is received
- Collaborate with Head Office teams by maintaining physical stock, delivery, and transfer processes (both in and out) of the boutique for new deliveries, consolidations and recalls
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising
- Team player, establishing workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure, responsible, is highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively

**About you**:

- Strong Experience in a similar position
- High attention to detail
- Passionate about being organised and have the ability to process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- High affinity for luxury products
- Availability across Monday to Friday
