Bd and Marketing Lead

**Role responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a consistent and systemised approach to Business Development for the practice
- Support the leadership team in identifying leads and creating business pipelines
- Management of client database and creation of engagement plans for BD opportunities
- Conduct research and report on key market, industry and client movements
- Maintain relationships with (international) network of journalists, magazines and PR agencies
- Manage competitor monitoring and analysis
- Collaborate with Directors to maintain and manage PMDL brand,
- Create and manage marketing material including website, social media and other communications (e.g. project narratives, press releases, and thought leadership pieces)
- Manage and assist in the preparation of bid documents
- Manage internal and external communications
- Spport internal and external events
- General function administration including analysis and reporting

**About you**
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in construction an advantage but not essential
- Proven ability to drive business development practices
- Proven ability to source, establish and support client relationships
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Experience with development and deployment of marketing strategy leading to revenue growth (desired)
- Understanding of digital marketing to improve brand, industry reputation and generate new business leads (desired)
