**About the role**

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to provide holistic in-home support for our client located in the Southern suburbs. We welcome passionate self-starters who have experience supporting individuals with an acquired brain injury. Successful applicants will:

- Be passionate about supporting individuals to access the community and live life to the fullest.
- Have a well-developed understanding of acquired brain injuries and person-centred support.
- Have a positive attitude and be committed to providing ongoing and holist support

**Requirements**:

- Australian Driver's License and reliable car
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Manual Handling Certification
- Assist with Medication Certification
- English Fluency - verbal and written
- Certificate III in Individual Support of equivalent advantageous
