**THE POSITIONS**

Wilson Security has a number of exciting opportunities available across universities. These positions will provide you with lots of hours, stability and growth in your career.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Responding to emergencies
- Customer service
- Shuttle bus driver duties
- General security duties as required
- Foot patrols
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Monitor and respond to internal and external alarms
- Interact with key stakeholders including building management, emergency services, client representatives and security officers via phone, radio and intercom systems
- Take control in day-to-day and emergency situations
- Assist and provide support to the wider team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Current QLD Security License
- Certificate in Security Operations
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
- 24-7 flexibility
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to detail
