Since opening in 1987, we have continued to innovate and improve our products so we can offer our clients, Brisbane’s biggest range of Blinds, Shutters, Awnings and Security Screens. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Department Manager with day-to-day Manufacturing Admin duties
- Office duties-Updating spreadsheets, raising Purchase Orders, processing Work Orders, etc
- Data entry
- Manufacturing duties-Assisting with completed jobs, checking on production staff, etc
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling production and powder coating orders
- Preparing monthly production reports.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Manufacturing Admin Assistant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, etc
- High level of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability & willingness to learn new skills in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and operate in a fast-paced environment.

- ROCHEDALE, QLD 4123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
