Picker/packer/warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking a Picker Packer to join our team at our Chemical Packaging Facility in Bassendean. This role reports directly to the Yard Manager.

**Responsibilities**

Pick orders accurately and efficiently using a forklift

Pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are prepared for shipment in accordance with company standards

Verify accuracy of product and quantity of order before packing

Label and prepare orders for shipping

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
At least 1 year of experience working as a picker packer in a warehouse environment

Must have forklift experience and a valid forklift license

Highly desirable to have experience working with chemicals

Ability to lift up to 25kg

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32.00 - $36.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
