Online Sales Assistant

Dandenong, Australia My Suite Home Full time

**Working Hours**:
9:30am - 5:30pm, 5days / week

**Day to day tasks will include**:

- Processing orders from multiple sales channels
- Create invoices to be organized for dispatch
- Select corresponding couriers and create the consignment label
- Maintaining databases for inventory management (Using MYOB AccountRight)
- Website optimisation and updates

**The key skills to be successful in this role will be**:

- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy is important. Data entry experience will be important in the role
- Time management skills are important in all roles. The ability to keep multiple balls in the air and balance your role will be highly beneficial.
- A team-first attitude. As a small business, there will be times when you will be required to help others in their roles for the betterment of the team. A positive attitude towards this is a necessity to be successful in this role.
- The ability to create and improve processes that can be implemented by a small team
- People has IT & Web skills has advantage.
