**The Role**:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint several proactive and trustworthy Catering Assistants and Kitchen Hands at our University of Newcastle kitchen

Preparing and presenting delicious meals, you'll be essential in making sure our patients have a pleasant meal experience and making a real difference to the people you serve each day.

Paid parking available and easily accessible.

**Roster**:
Shifts available throughout the week:
Mon to Sun - Shifts available from 3:30pm to 9:00pm

**What This Role Involves**:

- Assisting with food preparation
- Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas
- Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
- Assisting the broader team as required

**The Ideal Applicant Will Have**:

- Experience working in kitchens or catering environments
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
