Brand-new, project-based permanent role responsible for development of culture & employee engagement

**Your new company**

A public sector organisation located in the Mornington Peninsula.

**Your new role**

A newly created position, your purpose will be to provide expert advice and delivery on projects and programs designed to enhance engagement, attraction and retention.

This will include projects on:

- Diversity, equity & inclusion
- Reward & recognition
- Employer Value Proposition
- Stakeholder management
- Culture & experience

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in HR or organisation Development projects
- Experience working on employee engagement and/or DE&I
- Local government experience preferred (not essential)
- An ability to work in the Mornington Peninsula at least two days per week

**What you'll get in return**
- Salary between $90k - $100k + super
- Permanent, full-time position
- An organisation who truly places purpose on engagement and culture (enough to develop a role for it)
- WFH flexibility up to 3 days a week
- Flexibility on start-finish times as required
