As a member of the Deposits and Payments product team, you will play a crucial role in understanding how our products work and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with our digital, delivery, data, and engineering teams to ensure product feature changes meet regulatory and risk compliance. Additionally, you will leverage data and market insights to inform pricing decisions, assess margin impacts, and support interest rate change implementation.- What you offer
- Experience in the credit cards industry
- Passion for customer experience and delivering products that customers love
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business or Finance-related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output-focused environment with strong attention to detail
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation as part of a small team
