We are looking for an individual who can service a range of clients by:

- Onboarding clients and preparing appointment documentation
- Providing a high level administrative and secretarial support
- Coordinating client needs and drafting correspondence
- Bookkeeping, BAS & IAS (training provided)
- Willing to learn preparation of Tax Returns, Financial Statements, Payroll & superannuation obligations (training provided)

Knowledge and Experience:

- Cert IV in bookkeeping, studying Accounting or industry experience
- Bookkeeping knowledge and processes
- Preparation BAS & IAS statements
- Payroll & Superannuation
- Xero Experience
- Excel & Outlook programs

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-34 per week

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
