This role would suit someone with tertiary qualifications in Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.

**Day to day you will**:

- Use your employment placement and job brokerage skills to support people with injuries return to work;
- Conduct assessments & complete Labour Market Analysis;
- Develop and implement vocational rehabilitation strategies;
- Develop opportunities & networks with employers for job placements;
- Negotiate and influence hiring managers on behalf of your clients;
- Assist clients with resume development and cover letters, addressing key selection criteria;
- Prepare clients for confident and successful job interviews;
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help our clients find gainful and durable employment.

This is a** full time, permanent position **however applicants seeking a part time position will also be considered.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in the following disciplines: Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work is desirable and/or Professional membership with an Australian industry-recognised career development association;
- **Previous experience in Employment Services or Rehab Counselling within Occupational Rehabilitation service**s;
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach;
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement;
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency);
- Unrestricted drivers licence (own vehicle required).
