**Who are we looking for?**
Do you genuinely care about supporting people with a disability to find meaningful employment and are you looking to join a truly values based organisation?
If this sounds like you we are currently seeking expressions of interest from people who are excited to become part of our Disability Employment Services (DES) team as Employment Consultants (EC). If you are empathetic, hardworking and a relationship building superstar we would love to speak with you.
As an EC you will enjoy working with people from all walks of life, be driven to support our participants to reach their employment goals and also be committed to achieving organisational outcomes.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment at one of our busy branches and you will also be able to demonstrate resilience in dealing with an array of participants, families and employers on a daily basis. We would also love to build our team with people who have valuable lived experience and would provide an inclusive and supportive working environment to help everyone to be their best as an EC.
Your background may be varied and could include work experience in some of the following industries, however, not mandatory:
- **Hospitality**:

**What do you need to do?**
We will be holding a series of virtual recruitment information sessions to share what it is like working within our Disability Employment Services Team. When you submit your EOI make sure you also register your interest in attending and we will send you some further information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $51,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
