Your Role

As a Support Worker, your duties may include:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Assisting with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offering social support and transportation for shopping, social outings, and medical appointments
  • Supporting customers with mobility aids and personal equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, hoists, hearing aids)
  • Assisting customers with complex or high-care needs
  • Monitoring and reporting on customers' well-being and progress
  • Attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions

What You'll Need

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (where applicable)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or valid Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
  • Smartphone with internet access
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – preferred
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or Disability Services
