Due to internal promotion (to Melbourne) we are now seeking a **Retail Store Manager** based in our **Rosny Park (Hobart) Store**. This is a **Full-Time Permanent role**, with excellent progression opportunities. Many of our team have been promoted to senior roles over their 10 - 15 year careers with the business.

**About You**:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business through your own initiatives.

You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus on sales performance and customer service. It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn.

Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
- Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
- Physically fit and able to lift and fit car batteries if required.
- Current Driving Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $71,500.00 per year
