Experienced Airbnb Cleaner & Quality Assurance Inspector.

We’re looking for a reliable cleaner with experience in Airbnb and holiday rentals who can also perform quality assurance inspections.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Thoroughly clean and reset short-term rental properties to a 5-star guest standard
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the property is guest-ready (e.g. staging, restocking, damage reports).
- Conduct pre inspection checks after other cleaning staff have completed a clean. (Requires travel between Tweed Heads South and Pottsville).
- Use checklists and property management tools (like Hostaway) to log and manage tasks.
- Report maintenance issues, missing items, or any concerns directly to the management team.

**You’ll Need**:

- Proven cleaning experience in short-term rentals, hotels or Airbnbs or high end cleaning work in other industries.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering immaculate, guest-ready spaces
- Confidence using apps and digital tools (e.g. cleaning checklists, Hostaway)
- Your own reliable transport
- Your own vacuum
- Flexibility to work 2-3 consistent days per week, including weekends if needed. Please note: holiday periods and high season will likely require more days/hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32.72 - $34.46 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
