We are a locally established, family-owned business that puts the client and staff first. We provide regular, high-quality and hassle-free cleaning services to our valued commercial customers across the Gold Coast.

**About the role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our expanding team. The job entails completing regular and ongoing commercial cleaning jobs at locations across the Gold Coast, especially in the Burleigh Heads/Robina/Varsity Lakes area. This is a contractor position with flexible and regular week/weekend hours which is ideal for students or those who fulfil other commitments throughout the week.

Cleaning is completed in upmarket venues such as office spaces, gyms, accounting/law firms, medical centres etc and cleaning is generally conducted outside of business hours (before 10 am or after 5 pm for example), but not in all cases.

Basic duties include:

- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning office kitchens
- Wiping desks
- Changing bins
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Glass cleaning
- Other general office cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- ABN
- **MUST have your own reliable car/transport**:

- Insurance and Police check (or willingness to obtain)
- You are willing to work within the Burleigh Heads/Robina/Varsity Lakes & surrounding areas
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week
- You are willing to complete weekend & evening work when required

Successful applicants will be employed on a contractor arrangement.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour _(with flexible hours)_

**Hours**: 10 - 20 p/week

**Experience**:1 year cleaning experience (_preferred)_
