The Strategic Sourcing Partner is responsible for supporting the GM of Strategic Sourcing & Production in the development and execution of a network strategy that aligns with the company’s quality, sustainability and cost objectives.

The Strategic Sourcing Partner brings deep knowledge of the sourcing landscape and supplier dynamics, supporting continuous improvement and innovation in sourcing processes.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the GM - Strategic Sourcing & Production to develop the end-to-end vendor network, ensuring suppliers from mill to garment are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, and leverage Group scale and buying power
- Support the GM Strategic Sourcing & Production to develop and execute the overall product sourcing strategy, with a focus on building a resilient supplier network, fostering strong partnerships, and managing the vendor pipeline.
- Support vendor migration, identify new suppliers, and adjust locations to enhance supply chain diversity, resilience, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the GM Strategic Sourcing & Production to allocate products to suppliers based on the sourcing strategy, ensuring optimal supplier capabilities for each product category.
- Develop and manage the framework for strategic suppliers, balancing between sourcing agents and direct sourcing models to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality.
- Analyse data and sourcing trends to improve supply efficiency, assess geopolitical risks, and support network and scenario analysis.

**Key Capabilities**
- Proven experience in managing supplier performance, including the ability to influence suppliers to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Previous experience in a similar analytical role providing insights across both sourcing network and vendor performance
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for the sourcing and production teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., PLM) and the ability to integrate supplier performance data with internal platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining supplier data accuracy and managing contractual agreements.
