We are expanding We are delighted to now be extending our services to Australian and New Zealand clients as Study International ANZ Pty Ltd. To support this growth we are creating permanent new positions which will be critical to the success of our ANZ operations.

**Position Purpose**

Our Client Success Manager will play a key role in developing a positive client experience for our Australian and New Zealand partner institutions as we establish and grow our ANZ operations. You will foster healthy working relationships across our global counselling network to raise awareness of build the profile of our newest destination markets. And support the objectives of a wide range of Australian and New Zealand universities through the development and implementation of solutions which optimise their international student recruitment outcomes, maximising value to clients and the business.

**Reports to**

Director, Study International ANZ Pty Ltd

**Responsibilities include**:

- As a strategic and supportive partner, you are focused on adding value to relationships, building satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish and communicate delivery objectives, communicating them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver agreed priority outcomes.
- Guide clients with onboarding activities and in navigating internal processes.
- Develop and disseminate educational materials to internal network stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal colleagues and departments to address client needs and concerns.
- Review concerns and propose improvements to process to improve the client experience.
- Support clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Support in-house marketing activities and events.
- Consistently communicate company strategy in dealings with clients.

**Requirements and skills include**:

- You will have a thirst for knowledge and the ability to create and communicate strategies that have a positive impact on both clients and the business.
- Experience in a customer service related role with demonstrable ability to foster and develop positive business relationships.
- Experience working in international student recruitment either for a university or international education service provider.
- Extensive knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand education systems and international education landscape.
- Works with integrity, with personal accountability and strong organization skills essential.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact, communicate and influence at all levels.
- Solutions led problem solver with a positive mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
