**Who we are..**

Frames Now are an Australian owned picture framing retailer, with 8 stores across Victoria, a national e-commerce shop and a Wholesale division. We are currently expanding with new stores scheduled to open and are seeking Store Managers.

We offer range of products and services including custom framing, ready-made frames, printing, and wholesale framing to our valued customers as well as instore sales of framed prints, wall art and floated canvas.

**The Role**

As a retail leader, you will bepassionate about leadership, customer service, and your team. You will oversee a creative team of up to 6 who all share a passion for design, art, photography, and framing.

If you live and breathe all facets of design and have had similar experience in consultative retail sales experience in a related industry such as soft furnishings, lighting, floristry, photography, jewelry, homewares, blinds, etc then this is the role for you.

You will:

- Provide leadership and inspiration to your team through effective coaching, training, and mentoring ensuring that each person feels supported to reach their full potential
- Drive incremental sales improvements through conversion and customer retention
- Possess exceptional customer service skills to ensure all customers are provided expert and unparalleled service every time
- Lead by example, drive and motivate your team to achieve their sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management experience in a retail or service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
- A current driver's license

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
