Our **Bupa Dental Bondi**practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an **senior experienced receptionist** as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. **The Opportunity**:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our** Bondi, NSW practice** available for an experienced Dental Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work:

- Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
- Friendly, fun and dedicated team
- Convenient shopping centre location in Westfield
- Opposite the Bondi Junction Bus interchange and train station
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**You'll be**:

- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Previous Dental Reception/Assistant experience will be highly regarded
- Suitable to a senior administrative assistant or an office coordinator looking to join Bupa Dental
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
