Hungry Jack’s is seeking a Training Coach (Field Trainer) who will inspire, motivate, and empower our Crew Coaches, Managers and Operations Teams by delivering the highest standard of training that has a lasting impact on our people’s careers.

It's expected that our Hungry Jack's Training Coaches are passionate about making a difference by providing coaching, learning, and training that sets our people up for success.

They will facilitate memorable learning experiences that influence positive change in our people to perform at new heights, setting us apart from our competitors.

What will help you to stand out from the crowd is that you are creative and innovative The successful applicant should be able to look for and recommend innovation to achieve better training and learning outcomes, while most importantly delivers training that’s never boring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide upskilling to restaurant management teams on best practice training methodology to ensure all management & crew are thoroughly trained according to Hungry Jack’s & Burger King guidelines.
- Facilitation of classroom training courses and follow up on post course work with participants and their managers
- Conduct in-house certification of trainees to training requirements
- Identifying training needs in your area and provide feedback to your state People/Operations Teams
- Develop trusted relationships with restaurant and above restaurant management teams to train, coach and provide honest feedback
- Regular structured visits to restaurants to upskill management teams in Hungry Jack’s Operational Procedures, new business systems and initiatives.
- Supporting and participating in training of crew coach and restaurant management teams for new store openings and refurbishments
- Participate in creation of training programs and materials as required
- Relay feedback from key stakeholders related to Training, Learning & Development programs to State People Lead
- Collating and reporting of area key performance indicator results and training attendance to key stakeholders

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven QSR, retail or hospitality management experience
- Training / Facilitation experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Sound decision making and organisational
- Intermediate user of MS Office including word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity in creating traditional and modern training methods (on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

Ability to travel to regional or interstate locations for a short period of time.
