**THE OPPORTUNITIES**
- ** Part-Time Coach (20+ hrs per week, including mornings, evenings & Saturdays)**

As a **BFT Bankstown head Coach**, you’ll be doing more than just running sessions - you’ll be an **integral part of our team, engaging members, and driving retention**. You’ll be leading **top-tier programming** and making a real impact in the studio.

Both roles will be integral to the growth of our Bankstown Community. KPIs including but not limited to 80% rollover of intro offers to members and member engagement.
