Job Title: Sales Manager - Kayhan Audio

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving sales in the automotive electronics industry? Kayhan Audio is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and exceed performance goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive electronics sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and consumer electronics trends.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field is must
