- We’re currently looking for a compassionate **Female Support Worker** to join our growing team and support our valued client, in the Rowville area.

**Your Role**:
As a Support Worker with Harmony House, you’ll play an essential role in assisting with our client’s evening routine, providing hands-on care, and ensuring a safe and positive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with **showering and personal care**:

- Provide **manual handling and hoist transfers** safely and confidently
- Support with **bedtime routines and mobility assistance**:

- Maintain professional, empathetic, and person-centered support at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Female support worker** (client preference)
- **Hoist trained** and confident with manual handling
- Previous experience in **disability or aged care** (NDIS experience preferred)
- Current **First Aid & CPR Certificate**:

- Valid **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Reliable, respectful, and passionate about making a difference
