**Content Manager 9 / SharePoint Records Integration Specialist**

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the HPE Content Manager / TRIM / SharePoint Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating information exchange, performing data extraction activities from HPE Content Manager 9, engaging with end-users, vendors, and ICT stakeholders, cleaning up records data, and conducting research and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
- Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information
- Perform data extraction activities from HPE Content Manager 9 using Print Merge and DataPort
- Engage with end-users, vendors, and ICT stakeholders
- Provide assistance to end-users on the old-to-new mapping of SharePoint online
- Clean up records data
- Work with the project team to follow up processes, check and report on progress
- Conduct research and analysis and report back to the Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HPE Content Manager / TRIM / SharePoint Specialist or similar role
- Experience in delivering ICT projects
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Content Manager 9 or HPE Records Manager 8)
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in communicating and engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work with broad supervision to determine and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously and managing competing demands.
- Be a self-starter and have the ability to follow directions from the Project Manager.

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks, follow instructions and work as part of a team to deliver project deliverables for Information Management. **50 %**:

- Experience with document extraction in Content Manager 9 or Records Manager 8; and experience with navigation and usage of SharePoint Online. **50 %**

**Eligibility**:

- Australian Citizens eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance

**Work From Home Policy**:

- Hybrid WFH policy - 2-3 days per week in the office
