
Receptionist

The Receptionist is a key member of our administration team, managing the needs of both the patients and the tenant providers. This role will suit an individual who enjoys a diverse role in a fast-paced environment and sometimes challenging environment.
**Skills and experience**
- Receptionist experience (GP or Allied Health environment preferred)
- Ability to develop quality working relationships
- Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Experience using Best Practice, Hotdoc and Cliniko or other practice management software (highly desirable)
**You will join a close-knit team to assist in tasks, including**:
- Managing Confidential Information
- Answering telephone calls, triaging, and booking appointments
- Accurate handling of cash, EFTPOS transactions through a computer-based system
- Work collaboratively with our other team members

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
