**What You Will Be Doing**
The appointee may be required to work across any Rehabilitation, Ageing, Pain and Palliative Care Services(RAPPS) site including acute/subacute/Better at Home program (community based) and TCP wards. The role will involve conducting regular ward rounds, attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings, ambulatory clinics as per roster and participation in the unit training an education programme.
The role will also be required to participate in the unit rotating roster and on-call duties. Supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff will be one of the key responsibilities.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Must Hold MBBS or Equivalent Registration with AHPRA
- Specialist qualifications (FRACP)
- Member of a Medical Defence Organisation in Australia
- Significant experience in Geriatric Medicine
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relationship building skills
- Proven ability to implement change within a complex environment.
